Purpose to Practice
For gifted practitioners who are ready to claim their work, be seen, and build a practice that reflects who they are and how they serve.
Your Calling Is Clear
Your Path Forward Is Not
Marketing Resistance
You got into this work because it is sacred, not because you wanted to sell things. Every time you try to promote yourself it feels slimy performative, wrong. You quietly hope the right people will somehow find you anyway.
Imposter Syndrome
You have trained. You have healed. You have sat with people in their darkest places and held them there. And still, a voice inside says you are not qualified enough, experienced enough, ready enough. So you keep yourself in the loop of preparing instead of showing up.
Communication Blocks
What you offer is real and it is deep and it has changed people's lives and when someone asks you what you do, something closes. The words that come out are small, vague, and almost apologetic. You simply do not know how to convey your value and how you serve.
Tech Overwhelm
The website, platforms, offers, and how it all works together are foreign to you. Every time you sit down to work on any of it your brain scatters. You have seventeen tabs open and nothing finished. Your nervous system is overwhelmed.
Energy Exchange Understanding
If you receive compensation for your work, you undercharge. Your body tightens up every time the topic of money shows up. You discount. You over-deliver. Go over time on all your sessions. You tell yourself the work is enough, the money does not matter. But it does.
Being Unseen & Unrecognized
You see practitioners with less training, depth, and skill building full practices and something in you cannot understand it. The quiet grief of being overlooked, of knowing you have something real to offer and watching the world not notice.
I Know This Place
Not because I studied it. Because I have lived it, and because I have guided many practitioners through it.
My name is Maria Sophia. I am a clinically trained psychologist, marketer and strategist, coach, and writer.
I have witnessed the same threshold again and again. A deeply capable person feels called to meaningful work. They have trained, studied, practiced, and supported others. People already recognize something in them. And still, they hesitate to claim their work fully.
I know what it feels like to have credentials and still wonder whether you are allowed to take up space. To have people come to you informally, again and again, for precisely the guidance you offer and still hesitate to call yourself a practitioner.
To be deeply capable and unclear at the same time.
My approach is direct, warm, intuitive, and practical. I believe in building practices that are sustainable, ethical, and genuinely reflective of the person doing the work. I listen for the patterns beneath the problem. I help you identify what you may not be able to see from inside your own experience. And then we translate those insights into language, decisions, structures, and next steps you can actually use.
That is what I will help you build.
Belle Vivienne
“Maria is one of the best of the best. She doesn’t just coach you - she takes the time to deeply understand who you are and brings out your unique strengths in a way that makes you truly shine. She is thoughtful, thorough, caring, and exceptionally attentive to detail. Maria consistently goes above and beyond, giving generously of her time and energy because she genuinely wants to see you succeed. More than anything, she makes you feel seen, understood, and supported, which is such a rare gift.”
Who Purpose to Practice Is For
You are a healer, coach, therapist, breathwork practitioner, plant medicine facilitator, guide, or emerging practitioner who knows you are here to serve.
You have training, experience, or natural ability, but your practice does not yet reflect the depth of what you can offer.
People already seek your guidance informally, but you have struggled to translate that role into a clear professional practice.
You are moving from one professional identity into another and need support claiming the work you are now here to do.
You feel called to greater visibility, but part of you still fears being judged, misunderstood, criticized, or exposed.
You have ideas, skills, and possible offers, but they feel scattered or difficult to articulate.
You want to earn money through your work without compromising your ethics, integrity, or humanity.
You are tired of marketing advice that feels generic, performative, or disconnected from the relational nature of your work.
You want a practical plan, and also know that tactics alone will not resolve the deeper hesitation.
You are ready to stop waiting for permission.
You are ready to understand what is holding you back, decide what belongs in your practice, and begin showing up in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

“Working with Maria Sophia was a gift. As someone who is not marketing-oriented at all and honestly wary of how inauthentic marketing can feel. I wasn't sure my website could ever truly reflect the depth of my work. Maria Sophia changed that. She helped me find my voice and let it come through in both the design and the words, so that what visitors see and feel is genuinely me.”
Your Roadmap Includes
This starts before we meet.
Your intake goes deeper than an intake usually does: your relationship to visibility, what you're actually good at, what you're carrying, and why now. I read all of it closely. Then I review everything you've put into the world, your website, your social presence, your materials, and the spaces you work in.
So I arrive at our first session already knowing you. We don't spend your time catching me up.
Presence Review
How you currently show up, everywhere. Website, social, retreat and studio affiliations, printed materials, physical spaces. Looked at as one picture rather than a list of assets.
Session One — What I See
Sixty minutes. I tell you what I found, and we go into it together. What surfaces here, including things you haven't been able to name before, becomes part of what I build from.
Potential Mapping
Part of what I do is see where someone could be strong before they can see it themselves. Not just an assessment of what exists. A read on what's available to you that you're not currently counting.
Your Roadmap
Built between the two sessions. A written document: what to clear, what to build, where to show up, and what your actual gifts are. Written for you specifically, not adapted from a template.
Session Two — Your Path
Sixty minutes walking through it together. Every question answered. You leave with a direction that's clear, sequenced, and specific to where you are right now.

When You Show Up Fully
Imagine opening your laptop and feeling proud. Your digital presence sounds like you and feels like you, because it is authentically you. Not a template, not a performance, but the real texture of your gifts and the work you actually do. You are no longer embarrassed to share the link.
You no longer dread answering the question, "So what do you do?" You answer it with ease and watching the right people lean in with genuine curiosity and readiness.
You are charging what you are worth, not apologetically, not with a long explanation. And people say yes. Not despite the price, but because of the confidence behind it. This is not a fantasy.
What you need is clarity and to address the wound underneath so that a process can be created for you move forward. This audit is the foundational step to finally becoming visible in your craft in the digital landscape we operate in.
Staying Invisible Comes at a Cost
Every month you wait is a month your ideal client cannot find you. They are searching right now for someone with your exact combination of training, experience, and perspective. And they cannot find you because you are not fully present and visible.
The hiding is not humility. It is a wound. And it is costing both of you.
Another year of word-of-mouth only, waiting for the right people to somehow find you
Undercharging not because your work is not worth more, but because you cannot fully see your own value yet
Opportunities that pass you by because you cannot clearly communicate what you do and who it is for
A website or social presence that does not come close to reflecting the depth of who you actually are and the power of your work
Content you keep drafting and never posting, telling yourself it is not ready, when the truth is you are not ready to be seen
Watching practitioners with less training and less experience build the exact practice you have been envisioning for years
The work begins
when you say yes to yourself.
Start with Purpose to Practice, and get a clear picture of where you are and how to get where you want to be.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. This is a structured, multi-layered coaching process. It blends traditional coaching, energy work, and my marketing experience.
Most people who go through it say it is the most thoroughly they have ever been seen in their professional work. -
If you have been asking yourself that question for more than six months, the answer is probably yes. Readiness in this context is rarely a feeling. It is a decision. The audit is specifically designed for practitioners who are somewhere between knowing they need to move and not quite knowing how to begin. You do not need to have it figured out. That is exactly what the audit is for.
-
That is not a barrier. It is information. The absence of a presence is as telling as the presence itself. We work with what exists and what does not. If your digital footprint is minimal, the audit focuses more heavily on your gifts, your messaging, your patterns, and what needs to be built from the ground up. Many of the most powerful audits happen with practitioners who are essentially starting from scratch.
-
Not at all, and you are not alone in this. Many of the practitioners I work with feel overwhelmed by tech and avoid it entirely. The audit does not require you to have anything set up or figured out. Part of what the roadmap addresses is exactly this: what platforms make sense for you, what is actually necessary versus what you have been told you need, and how to build a simple, sustainable presence without it becoming a second job.
-
Most business coaches work from the outside in: strategy, content calendars, funnels. The problem is that no content calendar fixes a visibility wound. If the inner pattern is not addressed, the outer tools do not get used.
This process works from both directions simultaneously: the shadow work that clears what is keeping you stuck, and the practical structures that let you be fully known. I also bring a clinical psychology background, plant medicine facilitation experience, and years of working with practitioners in this specific space. This is not generic business coaching. -
There is no obligation whatsoever. The audit is complete and valuable on its own. You leave with a full picture of where you are and a custom roadmap for where you are going, regardless of what you decide next. If continued mentorship feels like the right fit for both of us, that conversation happens naturally in our second session. If it does not feel right, you still walk away with something real.
The $297 is not a deposit toward a program. It is payment for the audit itself. -
Typically five to seven days. The first session surfaces what needs to be seen. I then take that material, integrate it alongside everything from your intake and audit, and build your roadmap. The gap between sessions is not waiting time. It is when much of the most important work happens on my end. You will receive your roadmap before our second session so you can sit with it before we discuss it together.
-
Often the practitioners who have done the most inner work are the ones most surprised by what the audit surfaces. Visibility wounds and money patterns are specific. They do not always resolve through general healing work, even deep and genuine healing work. Many people who come to this process are not beginners to transformation. They are people who have done extraordinary inner work and still cannot seem to translate it into being fully seen in their practice. That gap is exactly what this addresses.
-
There is no catch. The audit is priced to be an accessible entry point because I believe the practitioners who need this most should not be blocked from it by price. What you receive is worth significantly more than $297, and that is intentional. If you choose to continue into a mentorship container with me, the audit fee is credited in full toward your program. But even if you do not, you leave with something real.
The price reflects a commitment to accessibility, not a limitation on the quality of the work. -
No, I do not. Due to the level of work that I put in from the moment you book your first session and complete your intake, refunds are not available.
