Take Your Rightful Place

Personal work for returning to your own truth. Private mentorship for practitioners giving their work a place in the world.

The Life You Learned the Life That Is Yours

Most of us learn early what is required to belong.

Be useful. Be agreeable. Do not need too much. Stay small enough not to threaten anyone. Be the one who holds it together. Work harder. Explain less. Do not let anyone see how much it costs you.

Those rules may have helped you survive. They may even have helped you succeed. But there comes a point when the life built around them no longer feels like your own.

You may feel it in your relationships, your body, your work, or the quiet knowledge that something important has been waiting for you to stop postponing it.

The question is not whether you can become more impressive, more palatable, or more certain. The question is whether you are ready to stop living by what once kept you safe and begin living by what is true.

“Working with Maria was not only valuable . It was affirming, empowering, and deeply impactful.”

You Do Not Have to Find the Way Alone

Maria Sophia works with people at the threshold between an old life and a truer one. She understands that a real shift cannot be rushed, performed, or forced. It asks for enough safety to tell the truth, enough honesty to see what has been shaping you, and enough support to take the next step with dignity.

As a clinically trained psychologist, coach | mentor, death doula, and facilitator, Maria brings depth, discernment, and grounded strategy to the work. Her more than fifteen years in marketing, from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups, also mean that when a practitioner is ready to bring their work into form, she can help make it legible, structured, and receivable in the world.

She is known for holding space with integrity, seeing the larger vision someone may not yet be able to see for themselves, and meeting each person as a whole human being. Not a problem to be solved or fixed.

“ She's deeply intuitive, and at the same time she brings real practical, grounded knowledge of design, strategy, and how things work in the digital world, a rare combination. I walked away with a site I'm proud of, one that feels true and in alignment with what I offer. I now send people to it with confidence, knowing it speaks authentically for me and my work.”

Your Deep Personal Work

There are beliefs you may have learned so early that they no longer feel like beliefs. They simply feel like life: that your needs are too much, that being visible is dangerous, that love must be earned, that rest must be justified, or that you are responsible for holding everything together.

Personal work is a held, honest space to meet what is underneath the pattern. Together, we make conscious what has been shaping your choices, relationships, boundaries, and sense of self. There is room for grief, truth, intuition, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard without judgment.

This is not about fixing you. It is about returning to the person you were before you learned to leave yourself behind.

For Practitioners

Start with the Purpose to Practice Audit

This is for the practitioner who is ready to move but needs a clear, honest view of what their practice needs next.

This is not a call to convince you to become someone else. It is a focused look at the work you already carry and the one central issue keeping it from taking its rightful place in the world.

We may look at your positioning, your message, your offers, your pricing, your visibility, or the client pathway that makes it possible for people to choose you. We also notice the patterns that make it harder to let your work be seen, received, and supported.

You will begin with a concise intake so I can understand your work, goals, and current challenges. In our first private 60-minute session, we focus on the question that matters most. In a second private 60-minute session, you receive a personalized written roadmap with the next actions and the order in which to take them.

Do Not Let Old Patterns Lead Your Life

There is a particular kind of grief that comes from knowing you have something real to offer and watching months, or years, pass without giving it a clear place in the world.

It can look like more preparation. More notes in the journal. More conversations where someone says, “You should really do this,” while you quietly wonder how to begin. It can look like giving your best insight away in passing, working far harder than you are paid for, or returning to a life that no longer fits because it feels more familiar than being fully seen.

Without a clear path, it is easy to recreate the very dynamics you are trying to leave behind. You may overwork in the name of devotion, over-give in the name of service, undercharge in the name of integrity, or keep your message small so no one can judge it.

The cost is not only financial. It is the slow distance that grows between the work you know you are here to do and the life you are actually living. The people who need your perspective cannot choose it when they cannot find it, understand it, or take the next step with you.

You are not here to become a polished version of someone else. You are here to let your work and your life. It’s time to take your rightful place in your life.

A Life True to You

Imagine no longer second-guessing every boundary, every desire, or every decision that asks you to choose yourself. Imagine living with more room for your relationships, your health, your rest, your intuition, and the life you want to inhabit.

Imagine being able to say what you do without softening it, apologizing for it, or searching for the perfect words. Imagine having an offer that can hold the depth of your work and give the right person a clear way to begin.

You are not trying to fill every hour or chase someone else’s definition of success. You are building a life and a practice that can hold what matters to you.

Over time, that may become a fuller client practice, a signature retreat, a body of work, a community, or a new way of leading. What changes first is simpler and more profound: you begin to trust yourself with the life and work you have been carrying.

Taking your rightful place is not about becoming bigger than anyone else. It is about no longer making yourself smaller than you are.

“I am so grateful to have Maria as a most trusted support. In a world where so many people have trouble showing up, she is reliable, calm, professional, and truly gifted and educated in so many ways. I’ve never met a more clear channel of Source energy— after she works on me, I feel like a hundred pounds of heavy baggage has been lifted from my psyche. She has a huge heart and truly cares. Thank you Maria, for being my “angel doctor!”

Begin Exactly Where You Are

You do not have to have every answer before you begin. You do not have to become less complex, more polished, or easier to explain before you deserve support.

If you are ready to return to yourself, there is a place for that work here.

If you are ready to bring your work into the world, there is a place for that work here too.
