Maria Sophia works with people at the threshold between an old life and a truer one. She understands that a real shift cannot be rushed, performed, or forced. As a clinically trained psychologist, coach | mentor, death doula, and facilitator, Maria brings depth, discernment, and grounded strategy to the work. Her more than fifteen years in marketing, from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups, also mean that when a practitioner is ready to bring their work into form, she can help make it legible, structured, and receivable in the world.
She is known for holding space with integrity, seeing the larger vision someone may not yet be able to see for themselves, and meeting each person as a whole human being. Not a problem to be solved or fixed.

Grounded, ethical support before and after psychedelic or plant medicine experiences. Together, we explore your intentions, prepare for what may arise, and help you integrate insights into your into your daily life. You leave our sessions with practical, actionable next steps, as well as a deeper understanding of what you are experiencing.
3, 6, & 9 session packages available at a cost savings.
Karma clearing & psychic surgery - Release persistent emotional, energetic, and relational patterns that may be affecting your sense of self, your relationships, and the way you move through life. These sessions support deep healing, nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and reconnection with your inner authority.
30 minutes of active energy clearing / 60 minutes session total. All sessions are done virtually.
Being a guide or facilitator can be very lonely, and if we are being honest, scary. Many guides deal with imposter syndrome, doubting their skills, feeling alone, unseen, and unheard. We work together to create a mentorship that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
